As an Information Systems Security Operations Expert at ByteDance, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security of our internal systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the security of internal systems using tools such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems).
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including access controls, encryption, and data protection measures.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, working closely with the IT team to contain and resolve issues.
• Provide security awareness training to employees to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security framework.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure that they meet our security requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Information Systems Security Operations, with a strong focus on network and system security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and encryption.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
