You'll work closely with our head chef and a talented team of bakers to develop and perfect our signature pastries, from delicate macarons to decadent cakes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and perfect artisanal pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts, that align with Cake Empire's signature style and customer preferences.
• Develop and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Collaborate with the head chef and bakers to innovate and improve our pastry offerings.
• Prepare and present pastries for events, special orders, and our in-house café.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Assist in inventory management and cost control for pastry ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our pastries meet and exceed customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role in the food industry.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality, visually appealing pastries.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and flavor development.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, such as mixers, ovens, and pastry bags.
• Passion for artisanal baking and a keen eye for detail.
