📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop unique headwear and fashion accessories that align with our brand's identity and market trends.
- Create sketches, digital designs, and prototypes for new products.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Present design concepts to the team and management for feedback and approval.
- Manage the design process from concept to final product.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion and headwear design.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hat design or a similar role.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
