As a Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward, your daily tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, preparing and maintaining workspaces, and assisting with inventory management. You'll work closely with our team of chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to the seamless operation of our busy kitchens. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces daily.
- Prepare and maintain workspaces for cooking and food preparation.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with food waste management and disposal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus.
