📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and qualify potential customers for auto loans
- Present and explain loan products to potential customers
- Negotiate and close loan deals with customers
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or leasing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with financial products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
