📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Handle vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Resolve discrepancies and errors in financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
