Salon Cahya Coffee is a well-established coffee shop chain in Blora, looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about coffee and has a strong background in training and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Provide feedback and coaching to staff members to help them improve their performance.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in coffee and training.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of coffee and coffee shop operations.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid CPNS or similar certification is a plus.
