📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Preparing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing technical guidance and support to the project team.,Participating in project meetings and providing regular progress reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
