📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on training program outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
