📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and analyze learning needs across the organization.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into their workflows.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their performance.
  • Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools and techniques.
