Sehati Putri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our HR team and department heads to ensure we attract and retain top performers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to manage the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
