📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Check in guests and provide them with necessary information about the company and its services.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, phones, and other equipment.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols at the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with basic computer systems and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
