📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical works on construction sites in Bali.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule adherence.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical supervision or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering mechanical and electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent in health and safety.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia, with the ability to work in Bali.
