📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Manage and grow our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content for our digital platforms, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Assist in the coordination of events and promotions, including in-store and online events.
• Support the marketing team in customer engagement activities, including responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our digital marketing assets, including our website and email marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations to the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for pizza and the F&B industry, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Eat Pizza.
