📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.,Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, software, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
