📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the company's financial records and ledgers,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Processing and reconciling bank and credit card transactions,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports,Training and mentoring junior bookkeepers,Managing the payroll process, including calculating and distributing salaries and wages,Overseeing the inventory management system and ensuring accurate financial tracking

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role,Proven experience in managing financial records and preparing financial statements,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
