📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to grow the business.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and sales performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of managing key client accounts and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
