In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient consultations, conducting medical tests, and providing treatment plans. You will also have the autonomy to make clinical decisions, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective care. Our clinic is located at Jl. Raya Pantai Cermin No. 123, Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Independent Practice Nurse to join our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient consultations and medical tests independently.
• Provide treatment plans and follow-up care for patients.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Medisys and SIKDR for accurate and efficient patient data management.
• Conduct medical tests and interpret results to support clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest medical advancements.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, fostering a positive and compassionate healthcare environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Council (KNI).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in medical procedures and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Medisys and SIKDR is a plus.
