Sentral Kirana Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Cilegon. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by assisting with various HR activities and tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
