Urban Silver Pratama is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Depok. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement menu plans in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.,Lead and participate in team meetings to discuss performance, training, and operational improvements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Professional certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
