📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and associated logistics.
  • Plan and schedule fleet activities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of the fleet, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
