PT Hasta Sinergi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment with company training strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff in training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
