📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT procedures and create user manuals.,Assist in the training and support of new IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of network infrastructure and security best practices.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
