As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient banking experience. You will handle a variety of transactions, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our banking operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Process and verify customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a professional environment.,Follow all banking regulations and security protocols to protect customer information.,Handle cash and other banking materials securely and responsibly.,Assist in opening and closing the bank branch, including cash reconciliation.,Provide information and guidance to customers on banking products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Ability to handle cash and banking materials securely.,Willingness to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
