📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources to support our customers.,Review and edit technical writing to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
