📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking products.,Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for sales events and promotions.,Handle cash handling duties, including opening and closing the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
