Pulau Bangka Development Authority (PBDA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urban Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable urban development strategies that enhance the quality of life for residents of Pulau Bangka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, sustainability, and community engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sustainable urban development strategies aligned with national and international best practices.,Conduct urban planning studies, including land use planning, transportation planning, and environmental impact assessments.,Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and non-governmental organizations, to gather input and build consensus on urban development projects.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development projects to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.,Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to support urban development initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of urban development projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in urban planning and sustainability.,Mentor and train junior urban planners to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban planning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian urban planning laws, regulations, and policies.,Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable urban development projects.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other urban planning software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
