📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.,Stay updated on best practices in nursing and patient care.,Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist with the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.,Support the hospice's mission by providing compassionate and holistic care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient nursing.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hospice and palliative care principles.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Passionate about providing compassionate care to patients and their families.
