Symbos CX is looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the proposal and pursuit process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client needs and exceed expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the proposal and pursuit process, from initial client engagement to proposal submission and client negotiation.,Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the proposal process.,Analyze client needs and develop tailored proposal solutions that address their specific requirements.,Ensure proposals are of high quality, well-structured, and meet client expectations.,Manage the proposal timeline and ensure all deadlines are met.,Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of proposals and any issues or risks.,Collaborate with the sales team to support the overall sales process and drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the proposal and pursuit process, including client engagement, proposal development, and negotiation.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Experience working with remote teams and using collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
