Develop and implement environmental management systems and policies in compliance with international and local regulations.,Lead and manage a team of environmental professionals to ensure effective implementation of environmental initiatives.,Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and compliance.,Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations and decision-making.,Foster a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainability within the organization.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in environmental management.,Represent the company in environmental forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful implementation of environmental projects and initiatives.,Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards, both locally and internationally.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in environmental management, such as ISO 14001, LEED, or other relevant certifications.
