Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the Oil & Gas sector.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
