🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, systems, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and support.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions, SAP, or Oracle.
