📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all products are stocked and organized.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of dental supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the clinic's overall strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and train a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for organization and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with dental products and equipment is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
