📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in company events and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or individuals with limited HR experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop HR skills.
• Understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
