📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales targets for assigned area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Organize and lead sales team meetings to ensure targets are met.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or related roles.,Strong understanding of local market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
