📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the teller in managing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer, ensuring adequate supplies and proper reconciliation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian language.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
