📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of retail sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to retail clients.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the negotiation of sales contracts and agreements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
